How is the license price determined?
Thanks to the modular structure, you can freely configure your own membra setup. Your individual license price is created depending on the selected services and their degree of individualization.
How is the license price billed?
Transparent and fair. The license price is invoiced as a flat rate per user and month, regardless of the contract term and which access and usage rights have been assigned to individual users.
How high are the initial costs for setup and configuration?
For planning discussions, individualization and configuration measures, commissioning, introduction and onboarding processes, updates and later support, there are generally no additional costs at membra. Only for the initial setup do we charge a one-time setup fee, the amount of which depends on the complexity of the setup and is announced before commissioning.
What does consulting for setup creation, support during onboarding and later support cost?
At membra there are no additional costs. Our service includes all consulting services, support during setup and onboarding as well as later support and is not billed separately.
Can we commission a test version before we commit to long-term use?
Yes, for extensive projects it is worthwhile to develop a customized test version in advance. This can be tested extensively and provides the perfect foundation for future collaboration.
